Michelle Obama forced Secret Service to teach Malia to drive

First Lady Michelle Obama revealed in an interview this week that she had the Secret Service teach Malia to drive because she couldn’t do it herself.

“The Secret Service [taught her], actually, because they wouldn’t let me in the car with her,” Obama told TV host Rachael Ray in an interview airing Thursday.

It seems that the Secret Service may be smarter than we thought they were…

Michelle admitted earlier this week that even if she was willing to make the time to teach Malia to drive, she wouldn’t be much help.

“I barely know now too so I have to check with other sources,” she said, adding she hasn’t even tried to drive a car in seven years.”

It is unknown whether the Liar-In-Chief can drive.  He has previously claimed to have never had a license, but also claimed to drive all the time.

In a move that can only be described as bad parenting, Michelle also allows her daughter, the child of the president, to drive around on her own without the Secret Service.

“She always has security around. But in order for her to learn how to drive, she had to drive on her own. So once she was legally permitted to drive on her own, she gets in her car,” Michelle said carelessly.

It’s unsettling that the first daughter is driving around without protection. As the teenage daughter of the president, Malia is an easy target for terrorists who want to send a message to America.

Michelle doesn’t seem to care much about her daughter’s safety, however. She’s far to busy dancing around for her “Let’s Move!” campaign to make time for her daughter. Shame on you, Michelle!

I hope we have once again reminded people that man is not free unless government is limited. There’s a clear cause and effect here that is as neat and predictable as a law of physics: as government expands, liberty contracts. — Ronald Reagan
